To those of you interested in this story, this picture could more or less be a streaming video of Speedy. He just sits in that corner, or another one, seemingingly all day. I put fresh food in his bowl daily, he doesn't seem to notice. Every now and then, he'll peek his head out and try to burrow into the plastic his pen is made out of. Then a person will walk near, and he hides into his shell. All day and night.
